Electrolux and AEG cordless vacuum repair
Pure F9, Ergorapido, AEG QX9 and CX7-2: PowerRoll motor overheating, swollen battery, control board failure and Ergorapido swivel cracks — repaired.
Electrolux and AEG cordless sticks reach our bench with the same recurring faults: the PowerRoll motor cuts out after 2–3 minutes, the Pure F9 battery has swelled, the BMS refuses to let the vacuum start, and the Ergorapido swivel joint has cracked. Electrolux and AEG cordless lines share common platforms — Pure F9, Ergorapido and the 700/800 series on the Electrolux side, QX9 and CX7-2 on the AEG side — so many sub-assemblies are interchangeable. We diagnose the motor, the controller board and the battery pack, perform component-level board repair, and rebuild lithium-ion packs with a fresh BMS. Rebuilt batteries carry a 6-month warranty; all other repairs come with a 3-month warranty.

Electrolux / AEG cordless motor and electronics repair
Electrolux and AEG cordless vacuums are fitted with high-speed PowerRoll motors that deliver strong suction in a compact package. When maintenance is neglected — a clogged filter or blocked air channel — the motor runs under excessive load, the windings overheat and the thermal fuse trips. The vacuum begins shutting down within minutes of being switched on.
We carry out a full motor-assembly diagnostic: we measure winding resistance, inspect bearing condition, test the thermal fuse and examine the motor controller board. The controller boards on Pure F9 and QX9 models contain MOSFET transistors and a microcontroller that can fail due to current spikes when the brush roller jams. We perform component-level board repair — replacing only the failed parts rather than the entire board, which significantly reduces the repair cost. All work carries a 3-month warranty.
Battery rebuild for Electrolux Pure F9 and AEG QX series
The battery packs in the Electrolux Pure F9 and AEG QX9 are built from 18650 or 21700 format lithium-ion cells wired in series-parallel configurations to achieve the required voltage and capacity. After two to three years of active use the cells lose capacity and run time drops from the rated 40–60 minutes to just 10–15. In the worst cases one cell group degrades faster than the rest, causing an imbalance in the chain that triggers BMS protection — the vacuum either refuses to start or cuts out immediately after power-on.
We fully disassemble the battery pack, test every cell individually and replace all of them with fresh lithium-ion cells. A new BMS board is always fitted — the old board may contain degraded components invisible to the eye. We also inspect the charging-base contact group and the charge port on the vacuum itself: contact corrosion is a common cause of charging problems, especially when the vacuum is stored in a damp environment. Every rebuilt battery carries a 6-month warranty.
