If the repair cost changes during the process, the technician will call to agree on the new price. No work is done without your consent.

How the repair works
Bring your robot to our service centre at Silmaču iela 6, Riga — open Monday to Saturday, 9:00–16:00, no appointment needed. If the robot will not charge, bring the charging dock as well.
Diagnostics happen on site and usually take a few minutes. We agree the price before any work starts — if you decide against the repair, you get the device back with no obligations. Repairs typically take 1–10 days; the warranty is 3 months on repairs and 6 months on battery replacements.
Models and error codes we see most
The robots we see most are Roborock S5–S8 and Q series, Xiaomi and Mijia robots, iRobot Roomba i, j and 900 series, Ecovacs Deebot, and Dreame L10 and L20 models. The most common jobs are battery repacks, LiDAR turret bearing replacement, suction motor repair and dock pump repair.
If your robot shows an error code — say Roborock Error 1 or 21 (the LDS laser sensor), Samsung C05–C09 or a Deebot beep pattern — each brand page lists the code meanings and typical causes. Diagnostics pinpoint the failed module.
Cordless vacuum and window-robot repair
We repair more than robots: we also take cordless (stick) vacuums — the Dyson V series, Xiaomi and Dreame cordless models, Samsung Jet — as well as window-cleaning robots Ecovacs Winbot and Hobot.
