Samsung Jet Bot and POWERbot specifics
Samsung Jet Bot AI+ and Jet Bot+ models (VR30 and VR50 series) rely on a top-mounted LiDAR tower paired with a front object-recognition camera that talks to the SmartThings cloud. The older POWERbot VR7000 and VR9000 line uses the CycloneForce turbine together with an assertive side brush and a mechanical bumper. Each platform has its own set of typical failures, so our diagnostic work always starts with identifying the exact model and current firmware version.
On the Jet Bot line we most often see LiDAR tower bearing wear, camera modules that drop out of pairing after a firmware update, and Clean Station dust-bin evacuation motors that simply burn out. On the POWERbot side the usual suspects are CycloneForce turbine brush bearings, cracked cyclone seals and oxidised docking contacts after several years of daily use. We diagnose all of these quickly on site and repair them in house at Silmaču iela 6.
Samsung dock station and SmartThings connection repair
Clean Station faults usually come down to three subsystems — the vacuum motor, the bag-full sensor and the airflow path. We measure motor current draw, clean the optical window of the sensor and remove hair clogs from the duct. If SmartThings stops seeing the robot after a mainboard or Wi-Fi module replacement, we re-pair the device, restore the MAC address and verify 2.4 GHz network settings so that your Jet Bot reappears in your account exactly as before.
We rebuild batteries using SONY, MOLICEL, SAMSUNG and PANASONIC cells, keeping the original protection board and temperature sensor — these rebuilt packs come with a 6-month warranty. Please note that availability of original Samsung spare parts through official distributor channels in the Baltics is limited, so when needed we source compatible OEM components from trusted suppliers. We always inform the customer about this choice before starting the repair.
