Samsung vacuum repair
Samsung Jet Bot, Powerbot robot and Jet / Bespoke Jet cordless vacuum repair. Battery rebuilds, LiDAR, trigger latch, C01–C09 errors. 3-month warranty.
We repair the full Samsung vacuum range — both robots (Jet Bot AI+, Jet Bot Combo, the older Powerbot and Navibot lines) and cordless stick models (Jet 60/75/90 and Bespoke Jet). On the robots we handle LiDAR tower bearing wear, Intel RealSense camera failures, Powerbot cyclone seal replacement and C01–C09 error decoding. On the cordless Jet line the most common jobs are battery pack rebuilds with fresh Li-ion cells and a new BMS, Spinning Sweeper brush motor repair and trigger latch fixes (a recurring issue on the Jet 60 and Jet 75).
Fast on-site diagnostics, a clear quote before any work, a 3-month warranty on repairs and 6 months on battery rebuilds.

Detailed problem guides
Pick a symptom — we walk through the causes, what you can check yourself, and when to bring it in.
Samsung Jet Bot, Powerbot and Navibot platforms
Jet Bot AI+ and Jet Bot+ (VR30 and VR50 series) rely on a top-mounted LiDAR tower paired with a front object-recognition camera that talks to the SmartThings cloud. The older POWERbot VR7000 and VR9000 use the CycloneForce turbine together with a powerful side brush and a mechanical bumper. Navibot SR8855 is an even earlier platform with simpler navigation. Each has its own set of typical failures, so our diagnostic work always starts with identifying the exact model and current firmware version.
On the Jet Bot line we most often see LiDAR tower bearing wear, camera modules that drop out of pairing after a firmware update, and Clean Station dust-bin evacuation motors that simply burn out. On the Powerbot side the usual suspects are CycloneForce turbine brush bearings, cracked cyclone seals and oxidised docking contacts. Powerbot VR7000/VR9000 packs frequently swell — we replace them with rebuilt Li-ion packs fitted with a fresh protection board and temperature sensor. After mainboard or Wi-Fi module replacement we verify the SmartThings link, restore the MAC address and 2.4 GHz network settings so the robot reappears in your account exactly as before.
Samsung Jet and Bespoke Jet cordless vacuums
Samsung Jet cordless vacuums use high-energy Li-ion packs that lose a significant share of their capacity after two to three years of heavy use. The Jet line (60/75/90) uses a single-pack design, while the Bespoke Jet uses a dual-pack system where each pack must be tested separately. During a rebuild we disassemble the original pack, desolder the worn cells and replace them with fresh Li-ion cells. Equally important, we fit a new BMS that controls charging, discharging, temperature protection and cell balancing. The result is restored run time, safe operation and a 6-month warranty.
The Jet digital display shows error codes that help identify problems before a physical inspection — a flashing battery icon, a brush-blockage warning, or a filter-replacement indicator that sometimes lights up even after cleaning (a sensor fault or a firmware glitch). Trigger-latch faults are typical of the Jet 75 and Jet 60 — the trigger fails to lock or becomes unresponsive, usually pointing to a worn contact group or a control-board fault. Charging-station repair is another frequent job: contact corrosion and power-board failures after a power surge. We diagnose with oscilloscopes and multimeters, individually test cell capacity and motor load, and call you with an exact quote before starting any work.
