A separate specialty is battery rebuilding and repair: we load-test each Li-ion cell, replace the degraded ones, and repair the BMS board where needed. Battery work carries a 6-month warranty; every other repair, 3 months.

If a repair is not worthwhile, we will say so honestly and up front. A typical turnaround is 1 to 5 working days; a little longer for rare or older models when parts have to be ordered.
