Xiaomi Mi Home and Mijia specifics
Xiaomi, Mi, Mijia and Viomi robots historically share many components with early Roborock models — mainboards, the LDS turret, wheel modules and sensors are often interchangeable. That shared heritage lets us quickly pinpoint the usual weak spots: LDS laser sensor failure, wheel encoder wear, cold BGA solder joints on the mainboard and broken bumper micro-switches.
A separate common issue is the Mi Home app losing the device after a router change or a Wi-Fi password update. After any repair we re-pair the robot with your Mi Home or Xiaomi Home account, verify that the saved map is still there and make sure OTA updates download fully before we hand the device back to you.
Battery rebuilding for Xiaomi robots
Original Xiaomi batteries are hard to source in Latvia, so we build extended-capacity equivalents in-house using SONY, MOLICEL, SAMSUNG and PANASONIC lithium cells. Where needed we fit a new BMS board and balance the cells, so the pack communicates correctly with the robot mainboard and reports an accurate charge level inside the Mi Home app.
We rebuild packs this way for Mi Robot 1C, 1S, 2 Pro, Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra, Mijia Pro and Viomi V3, as well as the newer X-series robots. Every rebuilt battery carries a 6-month warranty, and capacity is typically 15–25% higher than the factory original.
