Siemens iQ700 ovens are flagship models featuring a full-colour TFT display, touch controls, and sophisticated software logic. The TFT display inside an oven operates in harsh conditions: constant heat exposure, temperature swings with every cooking cycle, and condensation when steam modes are used. Over time this leads to characteristic failures: the display goes completely dark, image artefacts appear (lines, flickering, colour distortion), or the backlight fades to an unreadable level. We diagnose exactly what has failed — the display control board, LED backlight, or the ribbon cable between the board and the panel — and restore functionality.

The Siemens iQ700 oven control board contains a microcontroller, power relays for switching heating elements, a convection motor driver, and the display interface.
