The Dreame app most often shows error codes E1 (LDS sensor or front bumper stuck), E2 (drive wheel motor or encoder), E3 (dust bin or filter sensor), E4 (main brush jam or motor overload), E8 (low battery or BMS fault) and E12 (charging contact or charger fault). Many of these codes do not require an expensive repair — a careful cleaning, a sensor swap or a battery rebuild is often enough to bring the robot back to normal operation.

In the X20 Pro Ultra, X30 Pro Ultra and L20 Ultra lines the units that most often come in for service are the rotating mop pad assemblies: worn pad motor bearings, faulty lifting arm sensors used for carpet detection, and water distribution valves inside the dock during the self-cleaning cycle. These parts have a limited service life and wear usually becomes noticeable after about eighteen months of heavy use. We handle both the mechanical rebuild and the software calibration that follows.

We build battery packs for the D9, D10, L10s, L20 Ultra, X20 and X30 families using SONY, MOLICEL, SAMSUNG and PANASONIC cells. Each pack is soldered to the original BMS board with the correct connector and a thermal sensor, giving you a safe and long-lasting replacement. Battery warranty is six months and in most cases, if the cells are in stock, we finish the job the same day you drop the robot off.

The LDS tower is one of the most failure-prone Dreame assemblies: bearings wear out, the laser diode loses output power and the motor becomes noisy. We carry out a full mechanical repair — bearing replacement, laser diode recalibration and encoder testing — without having to swap the entire tower.
